The day of the Translation of the Icon of Our Lord. The first reading is from epistle of St. Paul to the Colassions Chapter 1 verse 12 through 18. The second reading is from the 2nd epistle of St. Paul to the Corinthians Chapter 3 verse 4 through 11. The third reading is from the Holy Gospel according to St. Luke - Chapter 9: verse 51 through 56 and Chapter 10: verse 22 through 24.
