The Martyrs commemorated are Menodora, Metrodora, and Nymphodora. The first reading is from the epistle of St. Paul to the Ephesians Chapter 5; verse 25 through 33. The second reading is from the Holy Gospel accodring to St. Mark Chapter 7; verse 14 through 24.
