The Martyr commemorated today is is the holy Bishop Autonomous. The first reading is from the epistle of St. Paul to the Ephesians Chapter 6; verse 18 through 24. The second reading is from the Holy Gospel according to St. Mark Chapter 8; verse 1 through 10.
