The saint commemorated today is the Venerable Xenia. The first reading is from the 1st epistle of St. Paul to the Thessalonians Chapter 5; verse 14 through 23. The second reading is from the Holy Gospel according to St. Luke Chapter 17; verse 3 through 10.
