The Apostles commemorated today are Erastus and Olympas and Rhodion and their companions. The first reading is from the 1st epistle of St. Paul to Timothy Chapter 5; verse 1 through 10. The second reading is from the Holy Gospel according to St. Luke Chapter 14; verse 1 and 12 through 15.
